For 22 fantastic years, I have had the absolute privilege of working alongside incredible business owners. Helping them streamline their workflows, manage their systems, and scale their operations. As the business world changes, the way we support it must evolve too.
Today, I am incredibly proud to officially reveal our fresh new look, a newly revised website. Not to mention our new name, which is an acronym of our Freelance Office Service & Virtual Assistance: FOSVA.

This rebranding marks a massive milestone. Alongside managing our growing Pet Transport business, FOSVA represents a highly focused, modern approach to business operations. To give these specialised areas our full attention, we will no longer be offering general call answering or traditional PA services to new clients.

The way we work is shifting to match the pace of modern business. For all incoming and new clients, FOSVA will operate purely on an asynchronous working model.
By stepping away from the constant interruptions of live phone lines, we can dedicate deep, uninterrupted focus to your systems and tasks. This means faster turnaround times, fewer bottlenecks, and a massive increase in overall efficiency for your business operations.
Simplified, Value-Driven Pricing
To make working with us as transparent and seamless as possible, we are completely removing the old, unpredictable pay-as-you-go billing model.
Moving forward, our services will be packaged into simple, advance monthly retainer blocks based on a standard rate of £40 per hour. Clients can choose the block size that fits their business needs – starting from 5-hour blocks (£200), 10-hour blocks (£400), and up – with invoices issued on the 20th of each month to secure support for the upcoming calendar month.
